Redlef Group Architects, LLC (RGA) provides professional full-service Architectural and Engineering Design Services on a wide variety of building and project types. RGA provides architectural/engineering, interior design and planning services to private and public sectors, residential and commercial, ranging from additions and renovations to new construction. Project sizes range from 500 to 20,000 square feet, and range from thousands to multi-million dollar construction cost expenditures. RGA has carefully assembled a specialty team of staff and consultants to build a broad base of qualified, adept, certified, and talented professionals. We have attracted the best to develop an outstanding team in programming, design, code and regulatory analysis, and the creation of construction documents.

We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and staying within budgets from the design stage throughout the construction process. RGA creatively blends the client's desires and needs into functional, visually stunning results.

HISTORY

1977

W. Michael Felder, accomplished architect and project manager, flexes his entrepreneurship skills by opening Enviro Design as a sole proprietorship.

2003

Michael Felder expands his business. The company graduates to a corporation. The name of the business changes from Enviro Design to Enviro Design Architects, LLC.

2010

Founder and President W. Michael Felder, turns the reigns of leadership of Enviro Design Architects over to his daughter Tenika Felder, AIA.

Vice President Tenika Felder makes the decision to rename the company to Redlef (Felder spelled backwards) Group Architects, LLC.

PRESENT DAY

Redlef Group Architects, LLC is now a certified, Woman-Owned and Minority Business Enterprise with the Maryland Department of Transportation. We are a full service Architectural and Interior Design firm, providing professional design services on a wide variety of building and project types.

The adage is true that time brings on changes. We are ecstatic that with these changes we are able to welcome a new identity, expanded direction, and a greater focus. With the same talented staff, we maintain our status as a superior quality firm, building on the excellent reputation of providing first-rate Architecture, Planning and Interior Design services, and resting on the foundation of our optimal customer service!
